Important Announcement: No Class This Week

Important Announcement. Both good news and bad news.

  • Good News: I’ve been invited to give a talk at a conference this week.
  • Bad News: The talk is in Clearwater, Florida so [highlight color=”options: yellow, black”]NO CLASS THIS WEEK[/highlight].
  • Good News: I will be back for business as usual on Mon, Sep 28th
  • Bad News: You will miss me a lot and you’ll have to wait a week to see the results of Exam 1
  • Good News: Even though I’ll be gone, I might post new lessons with assignments.
  • Bad News: I might not. And if I do they won’t be terribly challenging and won’t take much time.
  • Good News: You have an extra week to catch up on your blog.
  • Bad News: It’s too late to earn full credit and maybe even bonus points for having your act together and using Twitter and your blog to help fellow students.

Justin Holman is CEO of Aftermarket Analytics, where he leads efforts to develop cutting edge sales forecasting and inventory optimization technology for the Automotive Aftermarket. Prior to joining Aftermarket Analytics, Justin managed corporate consulting for the Strategy & Analytics division at MapInfo Corporation, leading major projects for retail clients including The Home Depot, Darden Restaurants, Bridgestone-Firestone, Sainsbury’s and New York & Company. Before that, Justin served as Vice President of Software Development at LogicTools, now part of IBM's supply chain application software group. Justin holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon and an Executive Management certificate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
