I have been thinking of moving to Pueblo. It seems like a nice place to retire. Is the Minnequa area in South Pueblo a safe area? I’m looking at a small, affordable house there🥴
Hi Gregory,
Minnequa is a pretty large neighborhood and some parts are better/safer than others. There are some nice neighborhoods near Corwin School and near St Mary Corwin hospital. Honestly, I don’t think you’ll have much luck shopping for a house from afar. You’ll want to be “on the ground” in Pueblo before making a decision.
Best wishes,
Justin
