Justin Holman is CEO of Aftermarket Analytics, where he leads efforts to develop cutting edge sales forecasting and inventory optimization technology for the Automotive Aftermarket. Prior to joining Aftermarket Analytics, Justin managed corporate consulting for the Strategy & Analytics division at MapInfo Corporation, leading major projects for retail clients including The Home Depot, Darden Restaurants, Bridgestone-Firestone, Sainsbury’s and New York & Company. Before that, Justin served as Vice President of Software Development at LogicTools, now part of IBM's supply chain application software group. Justin holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon and an Executive Management certificate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

    Hello there.
    My name is Elham and I am writing to you hoping I get answer ,
    I went to university to study Geography in my original country 6 years ago but I dropped it to come to United State , which I did 4 years ago , but in my mind I always wanted to get back to my dream career which is GIS but never had enough confident and I was afraid of fail , now at my 35th birthday I want do it , still so many fears is with me if I do not become successful I feel it is too late , Is not it ? I have tow doubt options between my old passion GIS and very high rated payment jobs in health care , which on should I choose . Please give me some sign I can make it . as a non-English 35 years old woman how much lucky I am to start my journey and become successful?

      Hi Elham,
      No, it’s certainly not too late. Your age isn’t a factor. Far more important is the your willingness to make necessary sacrifices to get through a degree program and to learn the skills you’ll need to be competitive in the job market. Persistence is the key. Good luck!
