Justin, all the info you provide regarding Pueblo is amazing. We think the City Council and Chamber of Commerce should be paying you! Thanks again! We are looking forward to visiting later this fall.

    Justin,
    Another great post!
Would it be possible to create a map showing percentage of rental vs. owner-occupied homes by neighborhood? To me that would be very interesting.
    Thanks,
    Dave

Hi Dave, certainly possible, just requires time…but time is a very precious commodity these days. I’ll see what I can do but unlikely this week. Cheers, JH

Hi Justin, Thanks for all of the intel. We (wife and I),have a friend in the Springs who is a real estate agent whom we would likely use,but you mentioned you had one for the Pueblo area you could recommend. My wife and I are in Nor-Cal (retired) and thinking of relocating. If your agent would be willing to work with our friend,we would love to have his business information. Thank you again for all of your posted information. Sincerely,Jesse

Hi Jesse, good luck with your re-location decision! Perhaps you or your agent could send me a private message (you can use my Contact form below)? I’d be happy to help make the appropriate connections. Best wishes, Justin

Howdy Justin, I’m glad I came across your blog. It’s good to be able to add a human opinion to all the research I’ve been doing regarding relocating to the Pueblo area. I also agree with others that your mailbox should be overflowing with Benjamins in payment for the awesome albiet free advertising you provide the city. Anywho, I don’t want to hold you up with the same questions I see repeated so I’ll just ask for what I need to get there already. Can you message me the contact information for that most trusted real estate agent? I’ve seen alot of agents on line and could pick any of them but I would prefer the advice from a local on this one. I lean more towards the local Mom and Pop business vs. a home office in NY, NY. I will be coming to Pueblo in November ready to buy! Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you sir, Adrienne
